Hapoel 'Shlomo' Tel Aviv makes deliveries through a distribution company, and the collection is carried out by the fan from selected collection points close to the fan's place of residence. The shipping cost is fixed and the payment is for one order including the product basket.

Delivery to collection points

1. Hapoel Shlomo Tel Aviv allows its fans to collect, for a delivery fee of 25 NIS, the products they ordered, at a point chosen by the distribution company near their place of residence, or for a delivery fee of 35 NIS for home delivery by the distribution company.
2. The package with the ordered products will be sent to a collection point, and it will be ready for collection by the fan according to the delivery times detailed below.
3. The package will wait for the customer at the relevant store for 5 business days. If the package is not collected within the aforementioned period, it will be considered a refusal to accept, the order will be returned to the distribution company's warehouse and the fan will be credited for the order (excluding the shipping fees charged).
4. Hapoel 'Shlomo' Tel Aviv may change the aforementioned period of shipping costs at any time, at its discretion.

General instructions regarding shipping and delivery of products

1. The delivery date of the shipment will be up to 14 business days from the date of confirmation of the transaction on the site, unless a different period has been published on the site. In cases of an exceptional volume of orders on the site, there may be delays in the delivery dates (either in relation to the delivery date specified in these terms of use or in relation to the delivery date published on the site, if published). Therefore, in those exceptional cases, a delay in delivery of up to 14 additional business days will not be considered a violation on the part of Hapoel 'Shlomo' Tel Aviv and Ohad will not have any claim against Hapoel 'Shlomo' Tel Aviv.
2. The delivery date of the products specified on the site refers to business days (Sunday to Thursday, excluding Fridays, Saturdays, Sabbaths, holiday eves and holidays, Hol Hamoed and days on which 'Derby' games are played), with their counting beginning on the day of receipt of the credit company's approval of the transaction. Hapoel 'Shlomo' Tel Aviv may advance the delivery date and/or adapt it to the needs of the customer, subject to the policy of the delivery company and the delivery terms specified on the site when the order is placed. An order placed on a business day after 5:00 PM, or on a day that is not a business day, will be considered, for the purpose of the delivery date, as an order placed on the following business day.
3. Hapoel 'Shlomo' Tel Aviv will not be responsible for any delay in delivery and/or non-delivery that may result from incorrect and/or inaccurate and/or incomplete details provided by the user and/or as a result of force majeure and/or events beyond the control of Hapoel 'Shlomo' Tel Aviv, including strikes, shutdowns, security emergencies, etc.
4. The products are delivered via an external delivery company. There are areas where the delivery company does not provide service. If the order is for one of these areas, the products can be sent to another location or, alternatively, the products will be sent via Israel Post – at the customer’s choice.
5. In addition to what is stated in these Terms of Use, the regulations of the Israel Post Company or any other entity through which Hapoel 'Shlomo' Tel Aviv will carry out the shipment, at its sole discretion, will also apply to any shipment of a product via the site, and will oblige the user.
6. Cancellation of an order will be made in accordance with the return policy detailed below.
7. Hapoel 'Shlomo' Tel Aviv will be entitled to contact the customer by telephone to replace a purchased product with a similar product at the same cost, in exceptional cases in which the ordered product cannot be provided, including cases beyond the control of Hapoel 'Shlomo' Tel Aviv.

Product exchange/return conditions

1. The product must be in its original condition and has not been used in any way.
2. The product includes the original tags in intact condition and in their correct position.
3. Products that require printing are considered customized products and cannot be returned or exchanged.
4. The possibility of returning or exchanging customized products will be subject to the sole discretion of “Hapoel Shlomo” Tel Aviv.
5. Exchanges and/or returns will be made at the group's offices (7 Salonika Community, Tel Aviv) only.
6. Returning or exchanging products will be carried out in accordance with the policy detailed on the online store website and according to the provisions of the law.
