Delivery times are up to 14 business days. When there are exceptional loads, delivery times will be extended by up to an additional 14 business days and we will update this on the website.

How will I know that my order has been received?

After placing your order, you will be sent an email with a receipt and order details.

Where is the order sent?

The order is sent to a pickup point near your place of residence (according to the address you updated when placing the order) and is determined by the courier company.

How will I know when the shipment arrives?

The delivery company will send you an SMS message with the details of the pickup point. The message will be sent to the phone number you updated when placing the order.

Can a product be exchanged/returned?

Product exchange or return is in accordance with the policy detailed on the website and the product exchange policy stipulated by law. We recommend contacting us by email: shop@hapoeluta.org

Can I add or change products after placing an order?

No additions or changes will be possible after the order has been confirmed. You can of course place another order.

Is it possible to cancel an order?

Cancellation is possible as long as the order has not been shipped. If the order has been shipped, cancellation is the customer's responsibility and in accordance with the cancellation policy detailed on the site.

I purchased a custom-made product and it didn't fit me. Can I exchange it?

The matter is at the discretion of the group and in accordance with the product exchange/return policy detailed on the site.
